Delete your GrowFlow account
GrowFlow is operated by SB Digital SARL-S (Luxembourg). This page explains how to delete your account and exactly what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.
- Open GrowFlow and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the Data section
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm when prompted
Your account and data are erased straight away. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the email address your account is registered to, and ask us to delete your account.
We'll verify the request and delete your account within 30 days. We may contact you at that address to confirm it's really you.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently erased:
- Your account, email address and name
- All plants, care logs and care history
- All photos and uploaded files
- All harvests, supplies and recurring tasks
- Your settings and preferences
What we have to keep, and for how long
A small amount of data survives account deletion, because the law requires it or because it is no longer connected to you:
- Billing and transaction records — subscriptions are sold by Apple and Google, who keep their own purchase records. Where we hold accounting records of a transaction, Luxembourg law requires us to retain them for 10 years. These are kept for tax and accounting purposes only.
- Crash and error diagnostics — technical logs used to fix bugs are automatically deleted on a rolling basis (within 90 days) and are not used to identify you after your account is gone.
- Backups — residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before being overwritten.
We do not keep your plants, photos, care history or any other content after deletion.
Just want to clear your data but keep the account?
You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app, go to Settings → Data → Reset all data to permanently delete all plants, logs, photos and settings while keeping your account and sign-in.
